...since 70 years already. We are proud to present you our in-house bakery. I (husband and son-in-law) knew already as a child that making the "staff" of life is something so important and precious. And it's a beautiful job too. We bake every day fresh South Tyrollean top grade bread with a seal of approval. On top of that we bake 50 other different kinds of bread and bakery products. Our every year's highlight is a factory tour with baking demonstrations and traditional
baking with old farms.

Of course you can order South Tyrollean top grade products at our hotel: Schüttelbrot, ryebread, apple strudel, speck, wine, hard liquor, honey, marmalade or jam...
Just take a piece of South Tyrol back to your place.
