Our cooking sets importance to freshness and regionality. Our menu shows South Tyrollean delicacies and traditional dishes, but also new and creative dishes made by our young and motivated chef Manni. Fast food is a foreign word for us and always will be. Our philosophy of cooking is on high value. We try to make it cosy and full of consumption.
